    Customers receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal use only.
    It is prohibited to:

    5. Pricing & Payment
    Prices include taxes where applicable. Payments are processed via Squarespace-integrated processors (Stripe, PayPal, credit cards). WINETELLECT does not store credit card data.

    6. Delivery
    Digital products are delivered automatically after payment. If access does not arrive within one hour, customers should contact support.

    7. Technical Compatibility
    Customers must ensure their device can open standard formats (PDF, JPG, ZIP). Refunds cannot be provided due to incompatible devices or outdated software.

    8. Liability
    All content is created with care. However, no guarantee is made regarding accuracy, completeness, suitability for a specific purpose, or user outcomes.
    WINETELLECT is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
